2-8-1: COMMISSION CREATED; MEMBERSHIP:
There is hereby created an advisory body which shall be known as the Human Relations Commission of Sycamore, Illinois. It shall be composed of twenty (20) members, residents of Sycamore for a minimum of one year, representing the following segments of Sycamore population:
   A.   Religious.
   B.   Racial.
   C.   Civic or service organizations.
   D.   Business or professional.
   E.   Educational. (1988 Code §7.1101)
