There is hereby created an Economic Development Committee to work with the Mayor and Council in attracting new businesses and retaining existing businesses in the City. It shall be composed of not more than twelve (12) members, each of whom shall serve for terms of three (3) years (except in the case of ex officio members whose terms shall end when the terms of their respective Municipal office ends). Said members shall be composed of Sycamore residents and owners of Sycamore businesses along with a representative from the City Council, Chamber of Commerce, and DeKalb County Economic Development Corporation.
