2-2-1: PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:

All duties formerly performed by the Board of Zoning Appeals shall be performed by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Any reference to the Board of Zoning Appeals in this Code or the Unified Development Ordinance shall be deemed to refer to the Planning and Zoning Commission. (Ord. 2019.01, 5-6-2019)
