1-11-1: CORPORATE SEAL:

The city seal shall be circular in form with the words "City of Sycamore, Illinois" around the outer edge and in the interior the figures "1858" and a device representing a sheaf of grain shall be and is hereby established and declared to be the common and corporate seal of the city. (1988 Code §2.113)
