1-10-4: TERMS OF OFFICE; VACANCIES:
Every appointive officer of the City shall hold office until May 1 next following or until his successor is appointed and qualified unless it is otherwise provided by law or ordinance. Employees selected shall serve so long as their services are desired. (1988 Code §8.102)
