3-26-2: LICENSE REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful to engage in, conduct, carry on, or permit to be engaged in, conducted, or carried on, in or upon any premises in the City, the operating of a “massage establishment” as defined herein without first having obtained a business license for a massage establishment from the City Clerk’s office. (Ord. 2020.05, 7-6-2020)
