10-4-6: SIDEWALK:

All public streets shall have sidewalks on both sides and the sidewalks shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the requirements of Title 7 of the Municipal Code and the current City's Standard Details for Sidewalk Construction. (1988 Code §9.120)
