10-4-4: STORM SEWER AND STORM WATER DETENTION:

The storm sewer system and storm water detention or retention system shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the requirements of Title 8, Chapter 6 of the Municipal Code and the current City's Standard Details for Storm Sewer Construction. (1988 Code §9.120)
