All easements for utility distribution and drainage purposes shall be designated on the final subdivision plat. All easements shall provide continuity from block to block. The width of easements for gas, telephone, electric and television cable shall be determined by the respective utility companies but in no case shall said easement be less than five feet (5'). The width of all easements for water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and drainage shall be as required by the city, but in no case shall said easement be less than twenty feet (20').
