10-2-5: STATEMENT OF AGREEMENT:

Upon filing the final plat for approval, the owner or subdivider shall submit a statement of agreement, that all subdivision improvements required by city ordinances will be promptly completed by the owner or subdivider in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the city engineer. (1988 Code §9.116)
