10-1-2: JURISDICTION:
The subdivision regulations contained in this Title shall apply to any subdivision of land within the corporate limits of the City or contiguous within one and one-half (11/2) miles of the corporate limits of the City. All procedures for approval and required land improvements shall be in full compliance with the regulations contained herein. (1988 Code §9.101)
