A. Violations And Penalties: Unless otherwise provided, any person violating or failing to comply with any of the terms or provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in the City of Sycamore Consolidated Fee Schedule.
B. Prosecution: The Attorney for the City is hereby authorized and empowered to institute and prosecute any and all proceedings, suits and actions necessary to collect any and all fines and penalties herein provided for and is also hereby authorized and empowered to institute and prosecute any and all suits at law or in equity as may be appropriate or necessary to prevent unlawful connections to the City wastewater treatment facilities in violation of the provisions of this Chapter.
