A. The applicant shall provide a single point of contact for construction. The point of contact will be responsible for scheduling, verifying right-of-way and easement limits, addressing contractor issues, and resident concerns.
B. The City Engineer and City of Sycamore designees shall, from time to time, inspect all excavations and tunnels being made in or under any public sidewalk, street, alley, or other public place in the City to assure compliance. Proper notice shall be given to the City Engineer or Public Works designees for all required inspection. (Ord. 2021.08, 6-21-2021)
