Any person making or maintaining any excavation in any street, alley, or sidewalk shall keep the same adequately guarded by barricades, rails, and lights to protect persons and property from injury. No materials or equipment shall be stored within the right-of-way, unless authorized by the City of Sycamore. (Ord. 2021.08, 6-21-2021)
