Judicial review of final determinations of vehicular standing, parking, or compliance regulation violations and final administrative decisions issued after hearings regarding vehicle immobilization or towing and impoundment made under this chapter shall be subject to the provisions of the administrative review law as set forth in 735 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/3-101 et seq., as amended and incorporated herein by reference.
