(A) Districts and designations. For zoning purposes, the territory within the jurisdiction of the County Area Plan Commission is hereby classified and divided into districts with the following names and designations.

(B) Zone map.
(1) The zone map, which accompanies and is hereby declared to be a part of this chapter, shows the boundaries of the area covered by the districts. Notations, references, indications, and other matters shown on the zone map are as much a part of this chapter as if they were fully described herein.
(2) The official zone map shall be identified with the signatures of the following officials, followed by the date of adoption of the ordinance comprising this chapter: the President of the County Board of Commissioners; the President of the Vevay Town Council; and the President of the Patriot Town Council.
(3) Regardless of the existence of purported copies of the official zone map which may, from time to time, be made or published, the official zone map shall be located in the office of the County Auditor, and in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of Vevay and Patriot, and shall be the final authority as to the current zoning status of land and water areas, buildings, and other structures within the jurisdiction of the County Area Plan Commission.
