After notice and public hearing, any sign permit granted in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter may be revoked upon a finding by the Board of Zoning Appeals, that the sign, or sign program, for which the permit was granted advertises the availability or sale of goods, property, or services no longer available, or is constructed, installed, or maintained in a manner that is not in accordance with the approved application.
