(A) The Board of Commissioners hereby adopts and incorporates as part of this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein the attached amendments effective as of the dates set forth in the attached amendments.
(B) The officers of the employers are authorized and directed to take any and all action as may be necessary to effectuate this section.
