§ 32.08  LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   The County Health Department managed by a seven-member Board of Health as an integral part of the county government administratively responsible to the local appointing executive is hereby established effective July 1, 1991.
   (B)   This section takes effect immediately and is retroactive for all health departments affected by Indiana Pub. Law No. 40-1989.
