§ 32.07  POLICE RESERVES.
   (A)   There is hereby established, pursuant to I.C. 36-8-3,-20 the County Police Reserves, which shall known as the County Sheriff’s Reserve Unit.
   (B)   The maximum number of said reserve unit shall be ten.
   (C)   This section shall be in full force and effect upon its passage.
