§ 32.04  CAPITAL PROJECTS BOARD.
   (A)   This section is hereby adopted by the County Council to prohibit the Capital Projects Board from reviewing, revising, and reducing the budget, tax rate, and tax levy of each political subdivision located in the county.
   (B)   This section shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication and passage according to law.
