§ 153.010  PROCEDURE RELATING TO AREAS WHICH MAY BECOME SUBJECT TO ZONING.
   (A)   Any additional territory which becomes subject to the rules and regulations of the County Area Plan Commission shall be automatically zoned A-1 Prime Agriculture District unless otherwise changed by amendment to this chapter; provided, that in the event of annexation of lands to the Town of Vevay and the Town of Patriot, which are already within the jurisdiction of the Plan Commission, the zoning classification existing at the time of annexation shall remain unless changed by amendment procedures.
   (B)   Whenever any road, street, alley, public way, waterway, or any other similar area is vacated by proper authority, the districts adjoining each side of such area shall be extended automatically to the center of such vacation and all area included in the vacation shall then and thenceforth be subject to all appropriate regulations of the extended districts. In the event of a partial vacation, the adjoining district, or district nearest the portion vacated, shall be extended automatically to include all of the vacated area.
