§ 153.002  ZONING AUTHORITY.
   The county and the Towns of Vevay and Patriot hold the power to zone within their respective jurisdictions, in order to promote orderly development and to improve the health, safety, convenience, and welfare of their citizens through I.C. 36-7-4, as amended from time to time.
