(A) Whenever a building permit is issued, it shall contain a full address of the applicant, a telephone number where the applicant can be reached, and an exact location of the proposed project.
(B) This section shall in no way alter any other ordinances in effect.
(C) This section shall be in full force and effect after its passage and publication as required by law.
