§ 31.16  COUNCIL AS DISTRICT AUTHORITY FOR MOOREFIELD-BENNINGTON SEWER DISTRICT.
   Pursuant to I.C. 13-26-15-11(B), the County Council is hereby established as the district authority for the Moorefield-Bennington Sewer District.
