(A) No person shall set, start, or attempt to set or start an open fire within the county during the duration of this emergency unless he or she has first obtained and has in his or her possession a written permit from the Fire Department having jurisdiction over the area where the open fire is to be conducted.
(B) A copy of this complete section may be obtained from the County Auditor’s office, located in the County Courthouse.
(C) Open fires include trash burning, camp fires, and any recreational burning.
(D) This section will be in effect until enough precipitation warrants the lifting of this order.
