(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99
(B) (1) Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of § 92.03, or any rule or regulation pursuant thereto shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $2,500. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(2) Nothing in § 92.03 shall be construed to abridge, limit or otherwise impair the right of any persons or property, or to maintain any action or other appropriate proceedings therefore.
