§ 30.02  COUNTY CELLULAR TELEPHONES.
   The County Board of Commissioners have determined that the following county employees shall be allowed to have the use of county-purchased cellular telephones:
   (A)   Board of Commissioners;
   (B)   County Council President;
   (C)   County Sheriff;
   (D)   County Communications Director;
   (E)   County Highway Supervisor; and
   (F)   County EMA Director.
