      (2)   The maximum speed limit on all county roads within the Bennington town limits is 25 mph.
   (B)   Violation of Ord. 11-05-12-1 shall be a Class C infraction with the monetary penalty, in addition to costs, set by the court.
   (C)   The County Highway Department shall post speed limit sings as herein established on the appropriate roadways.
