(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who commits an offense as described in § 35.39(A) shall be liable to a fine of $2,500; such fine to be subject, however, to the discretion of the court of jurisdiction.
