§ 52.019 COSTS BORNE BY OWNER; INDEMNIFICATION OF MUNICIPALITY.
   (A)   All costs and expenses incident to the installation and connection of the building sewer shall be borne by the owner.
   (B)   The owner shall indemnify and hold the municipality harmless for any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by the installation of the building sewer, including costs associated with administrative and legal fees and including control of erosion from the site of the work.
