§ 52.016 PROPER DESIGN AND CONNECTION REQUIRED.
   The town shall prohibit any new connection from inflow sources into the sanitary sewer portions of the sewerage system and shall ensure that new sewers and connections to the sanitary sewers are properly designed and connected as provided in the most current building standards.
