§ 36.02 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION.
   (A)   The town hereby creates the Town Economic Development Commission to carry out the provisions of this section in accordance with the Economic Development and Pollution Control Act of 1981, being I.C. 36-7-12.
   (B)   The members of said Commission shall be appointed and shall perform duties and exercise the powers all as set forth in the aforesaid Economic Development and Pollution Control Act of 1981 under I.C. 36-7-12-6.
