(A) A new department to be known and designated as the Town Redevelopment Commission is hereby created and established with full power and authority to act as provided pursuant to I.C. 36-7-14.
(B) The President of the Town Council and the Town Council are hereby authorized and empowered to create by appointment five Commissioners for the Town Redevelopment Commission as prescribed in I.C. 36-7-14-6.1 for the purpose of such Commissioners being empowered to do all things necessary for the promotion of the business and activities of said Town Redevelopment Commission. In addition, the President of the Town Council shall appoint an advisory, nonvoting member. Such member shall be a current Board member of the Oak Hill United School Corporation as provided in I.C. 36-7-14-6.1.
