§ 113.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Person or entitles violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not to exceed an amount that shall be set by the Town Council from time to time for the first violation and another such amount for second or subsequent violation.
   (B)   Any and all fines collected from this chapter shall be deposited in the account commonly known as the Local Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund.
