§ 92.01 PURPOSE.
   It is hereby declared to be the purpose of this subchapter to protect the public safety, health, welfare and enhance the environment of the people of the town by making it unlawful for any person to maintain, use, create, cause, place, deposit, leave or permit a nuisance to remain on any property and to promote the health and general welfare of the people of the town.
