§ 91.08 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The Animal Control Officer shall have police powers in the enforcement of this section.
   (B)   No person shall interfere with, hinder, molest or abuse the Humane Officer in the exercise of these powers. Police powers shall not include the right to carry or use firearms to enforce this chapter unless that Animal Control Officer is a law enforcement officer as defined by I.C. 35-31.5-2-185.
