(A) No person shall stop, park or leave standing any vehicle, whether attended or unattended, on the following streets or portion of streets in the town.

(B) No person shall stop, park or leave standing any vehicle whether it is attended or unattended, on any property owned by, or under the control of any department of the town at any time unless otherwise allowed by this schedule or by an ordinance amending this schedule.
(C) The Town Marshal or members of the Town Police Department is hereby authorized to have vehicles removed that are parked in violation of this schedule, at the vehicle owners expense, or to require the owner or other person in control of the vehicle to move the vehicle.
(D) The stopping, standing and parking limitations set forth in this schedule does not apply to authorized emergency vehicles as defined in I.C. 9-13-2-6.
(E) Any person violating any provision of this schedule shall be fined an amount that shall be set by the Town Council from time to time on first offense and another such amount on second offense. All fines collected shall be deposited in the General Fund. Such violations of the provisions of this schedule shall be enforced pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 34-28-5-1 and 36-1-6-3(c) in the Gas City Municipal Court or such other court as may be designated subsequently by the Town Council.
