SCHEDULE I. TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS.
   The Town Council, acting within reasonable exercise of its police power, hereby adopts the following regulations governing certain roads and streets within the town under its jurisdiction.
   (A)   Upon Greenburg Street from its intersection with Main Street to its intersection with Greenberry Street, vehicular traffic shall move only in east to west direction. In addition, all vehicles upon Greenburg Street coming from Main Street on Greenburg Street shall stop before entering or crossing Greenberry Street.
   (B)   All roads and streets listed below are designated as preferential highways. All vehicles shall stop before or crossing a preferential highway, as indicated by signs posted at or upon the entrance to those highways:
      (1)   Broadway Street;
      (2)   Craven Street;
      (3)   Jackson Street;
      (4)   Main Street;
      (5)   Meridian Street;
      (6)   Greenberry Street;
      (7)   Osborn Drive;
      (8)   Allen Drive;
      (9)   Laura Lane;
      (10)   Pennsylvania;
      (11)   Wes Way;
      (12)   Delphi Pike;
      (13)   Elm Street; and
      (14)   Eagle Drive.
   (C)   The intersection of Greenberry Street and Hubert Street, Greenberry Street and Sherron Street, Davis Street and Meridian Street, Sherron Street and Meridian Street, and Greenberry Street and Franklin Street shall all be and hereby designated as a four-way stop intersection. Every vehicle at these intersections shall stop.
   (D)   All vehicles shall stop at the intersection of Main Street and Peterson Drive from all directions.
   (E)   Any person violating any provision of this schedule shall be fined an amount that shall be set by the Town Council from time to time and all fines collected. All fines collected shall be deposited in the General Fund. Such violations of the provisions of this schedule shall be enforced pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 34-28-5-1 and 36-1-6-3(c) in the Gas City Municipal Court or such other court as may be designated subsequently by the Town Council.
