For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
HOUSE TRAILER.
(1) A vehicle-drawn trailer, built with or without household furniture and designed to be used as a residence for one or more persons which is placed on axles and wheels or may be placed upon a foundation, jacks and/or blocks, either permanent or temporary.

RECREATIONAL VEHICLE.
(1) A vehicle with or without motive power equipped exclusively for living quarters for persons traveling upon the highways.
(2) For the purpose of I.C. 9-13-2-150, RECREATIONAL VEHICLE does not include a mobile structure (as defined in I.C. 22-12-1-17).
