§ 52.035 INDUSTRIAL DISCHARGERS.
   All industrial dischargers proposing to connect to or discharge sewage, industrial waste or other waste to the town’s sanitary treatment works must lie within the incorporated limits of the town or be approved by the Town Council and must comply with all terms of this section.
