§ 99.01 GENERAL CAMPING REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Camping means occupying a designated camping space, erecting a tent, or arranging bedding or both, for the purpose of, or in such a manner as will permit, remaining overnight; or the use of a trailer, camper or other vehicle for the purpose of sleeping overnight.
   (B)   A person may not camp at a park except as authorized by city permit and only in an area designated or marked for that purpose.
   (C)   Camping shall only be allowed in the designated spaces at the Backyard Park. It shall be unlawful for any persons to camp in any other city park or playground.
