§ 95.02 ENFORCEMENT; RESPONSIBILITY.
   The City Council hereby designates the Director of Public Works for the City of Sweeny as the Local Rabies Control Authority who shall be responsible for the enforcement of this chapter and for the impounding of animals and fowl, the adoption thereof or destruction thereof, and for such other duties required to enforce this chapter.
