§ 97.05 REASONABLE DISTANCE.
   Smoking is prohibited within the reasonable distance of 15 feet radius from any exterior door and operable windows outside an enclosed area where smoking is prohibited, so as to insure that tobacco smoke does not enter the area through entrances, windows, ventilation systems or other means. Enclosed public places where smoking is prohibited may establish smoking areas outside of the building as long as placement does not violate this chapter.
