Following the approval of the preliminary plat and the preparation of the required plans and specification for construction of streets, drainage, water mains, sanitary sewer mains and gas mains by the City Engineer, the subdivider shall cause the subdivision to be staked for boundaries and the City Engineer shall stake out the construction of streets, drainage, water, sewer and gas mains.
