§ 152.16 SUBMISSION OF PRINTS; REQUIRED INFORMATION.
   (A)   Three prints of a preliminary plat shall be submitted to the City Engineer for presentation to the City Council at least five days prior to the meeting at which approval is asked and the preliminary plat shall conform to the following prerequisites.
   (B)   The plat shall be drawn to a scale of 100 feet to the inch or larger and shall show:
      (1)   The proposed name of the subdivision;
      (2)   North point, true or magnetic, scale and date;
      (3)   The name and addresses of the subdivides and of the registered professional civil engineer or licensed land surveyor responsible for the survey and design;
      (4)   An accurate location of the subdivision in reference to the real estate records of the county;
      (5)   The boundary line, accurate in scale, of the tract, to be subdivided;
      (6)   Contours with intervals of foot or less, referred to sea level datum;
      (7)   The names of adjacent subdivisions or the names of recorded owners of adjoining parcels of land which is unsubdivided land;
      (8)   The location, widths and names of all existing or platted streets or other public way within or adjacent to the tract, existing permanent buildings, railroad rights-of-way, easements and other information and other important features, such as section lines and school district boundaries;
      (9)   Existing easements for sewers, water mains, culverts or other underground structures within the tract and immediately adjacent thereto;
      (10)   All parcels of land intended to be dedicated for public use or reserved in deeds for the use of all property owners in the proposed subdivisions, together with the purpose of conditions or limitations of the reservation, if any;
      (11)   The layout, names and widths of proposed streets and easements;
      (12)   The layout, numbers and approximate dimensions of proposed lots;
      (13)   The draft of any protective covenants whereby the subdivider proposes to regulate the use of the land in the subdivision; and (The restrictive covenants, conditions or limitations shall never be less than the minimum requirement of the city under the terms of this chapter or under the terms of the Building Code.)
      (14)   All such subdivision shall show on the preliminary plat that the subdivision complies with Chapter 153 of this code of ordinances.
