§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any minor who violates § 130.01(D)(1) three or more times within any 24-month period shall be referred for appropriate action by a juvenile court in accordance with Tex. Fam. Code Chs. 51 and 52.
      (2)   A parent, guardian and/or custodian of a minor who violates § 130.01(D)(1) and (2) will, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.
      (3)   A commercial establishment owner or operator who violates § 130.01(D)(3) will, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.
   (C)   Any person who violates § 130.07 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.
   (D)   Any person who violates § 130.09(A) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.
   (E)   Any person who violates § 130.10 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.
