§ 90.01 ADOPTION OF REMOVAL PROCEDURE.
   The city hereby adopts procedures for the abatement and removal, from private and public property or a public right-of-way, of a junked vehicle or part of a junked vehicle as a public nuisance, in conformity with the provisions of Tex. Trans. Code, §§ 683.071 et seq., as hereafter amended.
