It shall be unlawful for any engineer or employee of a railroad to park or cause to be parked or stand any railroad engine, railroad car, railroad tank car, railroad motor car or railroad equipment on siding rails within 300 feet of the intersection of the rights-of-way lines of any public street crossing a railroad track within the city limits, which is not guarded or protected by a signal devise approved by the City Council.
