§ 74.01 DANGEROUS CROSSING.
   The City Council hereby determines, based upon evidence before it, that street crossings of railroad tracks which are not protected by signals and which have railroad engines, cars, motor cars or railroad equipment standing or parked on sidings near the main line of the railroad and within 300 feet of the street intersection of the street right-of-way line with the railroad is a dangerous crossing exposing the traveling public to harm and damage to their property and their persons and exposes the train crew to injury.
